Scope of the Committee:
The St. Patrick School Advisory Committee provides parents and parishioners a voice in the formation and education of their children in the Catholic School. It serves as a resource to the pastor and principal, for the benefit of the school. The principal collaborates with the School Committee to develop and recommend policy for the school. After a policy is approved by the pastor and implemented by the principal, the School Advisory Committee directly supports that policy

Membership:
The School Advisory Committee (SAC) consists of thirteen active members who participate in the consensus decision-making process. Nine general members serve with four ex-officio members; the pastor, the principal, the parish administrator and parents’ club representative.

The School Advisory Committee is Looking for New Members
We are looking for parents who are interested in the continued development and improvement of St. Patrick School and it's students. Being on the SAC is a great way to be involved in the future of our school. The SAC meets once a month in the evening. If you are interested in becoming more involved with your child’s education, please contact Jessica Bowe Jessica.bowe@macquarie.com or Carol Budchuk cbudchuk@stpatrickwhitelake.org
Not sure what you SAC does? Listed below are the individual subcommittees that make up the SAC and some of the things they may work on.
Finance: school budget, enrollment and tuition.
Public Relations: marketing and advertising for St. Patrick.
Strategic: extracurricular clubs and meeting the needs of school families.
Technology: implementing new school technology and keeping it updated.
Nominations: recruitment of new SAC members.
